New LubriZero® system

The new LubriZero® system has been launched within the Saurus939 vacuum piston pumps in order to guarantee their well-known high performances, even with negligible oil consumptions (approx. 10 g/h).

The system employs new materials in Teflon with special charges that, beside being resistant to corrosion, do not require any lubrication. This also allows the use of synthetic FDA approved oils, ensuring a full protection for the process.

The metered injection of fresh oil in minimal quantity guarantees an effective barrier from aggressive solvents.

Thanks to LubriZero® System the Saurus939 vacuum pump embraces a brand new eco-compatible dimension.
