A wide range of fittings is
available to complete the Saurus939 series in order to allow
turn-key installation of the pump:
1) atmospheric post-condenser for the recovery of solvents
from the pump outlet
2) condensate recovery tank from the post-condenser outlet
made of stainless steel AISI 316L complete with external level
pointer, level-switch EEx-d version for maximum level alarm,
opening for inspection/cleaning and discharge valve
3) filter mounted on the pump suction side with filtering cartridge
available in the following materials:
• polyester (filtering capacity 5 µm)
• metallic AISI 316L (filtering capacity 15 µm)
• Alloy C22 (filtering capacity 15 µm).
The cartridge is located after a particle centrifuge separation
stage in order to guarantee the maximum duration.
4) Control panel board with explosion-proof execution complete
of all the necessary interdictions for a use in fully safe
conditions in compliance with the international norm ATEX
94/9/CE (for standard model, control panels are marked 2G
EEx-d IIB T4 IP65)
5) support basement made of carbon steel for simple handling
and installation.
Lastly an appropriate vacuum condenser, dimensioned according
to plant features, may be supplied in order to guarantee the
recovery of condensate solvents and the right suction conditions
of the pump.
